Alice is the Financial Controller for The 97Fund, where she oversees the appropriate allocation and documentation of fund accounts. Alice brings over 16 years of experience in audit and advising clients in the construction, financial services, manufacturing and public sector. She has strong expertise in financial analysis, financial management, financial reporting, procurement reviews, financial due diligence, taxation, stakeholder management, program management and external and internal audit.
Alice is currently working as the Programme Manager/Accounting and Audit Specialist on a United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) program, the Global Sanitation Fund programme (GSF) – for the provision of Country Programme Monitor services. She has provided support to the USAID’s Malaria Action Program for Districts (MAPD) as the Director Grants and Sub contracts. Previously, she was an Audit Manager with Deloitte Uganda’s Audit practice. Alice is a certified Accountant, she completed The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants program, ACCA (UK) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), she holds a Bsc of Commerce from Makerere University, Kampala.
